Just Cause 2 runs horribly

Thread Starter
Am I the only one experiencing sub-par performance with JC2? I am basically getting 24-30 frames with MOST things on very high; there are somethings turned off, somethings I don't care to remember nor do I feel should really pull this game down to this level of atrociousness.

Turn off the Physx features, like bhroker effect (or however it's spelled), water simulation, and something else. All three are grouped together though.
