Fan voltage and speed correlation

Just a quick question for you peeps. What is the approximate speed of say
a GT ap-15 at 7v and 5v? Is there a percentage of speed these voltages work for all fans? Thanks.

Start here. Then look here. I can't give you 7v but the 5v rpm data is there.

Edit: Oops. Sorry. It's not. I did the 5v tests on other fans.

For the GT AP-15, for example:

1850 RPM @ 12v is 100%
1100 RPM @ 7v is approx 60%
760 RPM @ 5v is approx 40%

Mileage may vary depending on fan used.
