Apple Inc. watchers are already doing rough calculations and think Verizon Wireless could generate sales of millions of iPhones this year.

Sales estimates vary, but many analysts agree Apple will likely sell 9 million to 12 million iPhones on Verizon's network this year, a huge boost in the iconic phone's most important market.

I'll believe it when I see it.
They've been talking about this for this so long and yet nothing has been procured.

I believe that Verizon will be talking more about their 4G lineup than the iPhone. But like I said earlier, you could say it's going to rain today, eventually you'll be correct.

It's going to happen. All the android fanboys afraid of the iPhone going to other networks will just have to deal with it. It'll be announced on 1/11/11 and released soon or later this month. It's been reported that Apple has hung on to many holiday employees and have been denying vacation time to many during this period because of a "big product launch." So it's either iPad 2 (unlikely, given the yearly cycle), or a Verizon iPhone (which granted, is out of cycle, but it's fairly obvious that's what it is).

Do you have proof other than another WAG?

I mean not do sound like a jerk but there's been rumors for years that the iPhone will be on Verizon. Eventually, it will happen, but until I see something official from Verizon I'm going to take everything with a grain of salt.

There is plenty of proof that Apple blacked out Feb 3 - 6. Google is your friend.

Kind of wondering how ATT is going to stay in business now. I'm sure there will be some great ATT plans to come though. $50 unlimited everything? Yea probably. Only way to keep customers.

Isn't the Iphone 5 supposed to be available through Verizon as well when it releases this June?
