Fan speed control on Asus Mximus Formula SE?

Thread Starter
I am about to install an H70 HS and need to make sure there are no power saver settings on my fans, as the pump needs to be running at 100% at all times. But in my BIOS I don't see any settings that say "fan speed" or "power saver". Any ideas? Are my fans all on 100% all the time by default?

Thanks King and Alphon . Yeah my Qfan is set to disable, I just wanted to make sure that was the only thing.

If you could double check for me when you have a chance, Aphonze, it would be much appreciated!
