CoolerMaster HAF X vs Silverstone Raven RV02-BW? - Page 4

temps are also pretty good on the RV02/FT02. not revolutionary but really only beaten by a better case of the same maker.

1090t @4.01GHz 1.4v, CF 6870's @1000/1150 1.3v, fan speed 38%

idle

tabbed out of BF:BC2

this is from before i bothered to tidy it up.

Last time I checked, it couldn't fit my 24 pin.

BTW: Try WC in it with thick 360 rad and a 12 inch vga card, oh wait...YOU CAN'T FIT THAT!

55/50 = GPU's. 35= CPU.

you can fit a thick Rad if you remove the AP fans btw. never claimed it was perfect or ideal, just not so bad that the case can't be considered for it. sorry to hear about your 24 pin.

So would you recommended this Raven 2 over the Corsair 600T White SE? I know the 600T has a lot more room and it looks really nice for the cable management. But I'm not sure about the 600T cooling performance. That's why Im having a hard time deciding between Raven 2 or 600T.

colossus is a good case. i'm addressing the downplaying of another good case for what seems to be no reason. if these problems can be stated as fact, it stands to reason that other people should also have them.

hard choice. if the white 600t was out when i got my case, i don't know what i would have picked. i would look for reviews that compare the two, or if there are none, reviews of each case from the same source.

I started with a RV02-E. Amazing case and was well worth the price I paid. The dust filters made it really easy to clean. Ultimately I did sell it in favor of trying to buy a Corsair 650D. However Amazon killed that idea and I said hell with it and got a TJ07. Silverstone cases are quality. The HAF cases are nice, but they weren't subtle enough for my tastes.

Yea I looked at that review and I think it's the only place that have all those popular cases cooling performance rankings.

so by the look of it, would you still recommend the 600T over Raven 2? I mean yes the raven 2 will have better cooling, but if it's not too much then I would just get the 600T. Some ppl said they dont trust bit-tech reviews though.
