Athlon II x4 630 OC help please :D

What can I change better to get a bit more performance over my OC?
http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1583626

I know 8-9-9-24, i must've forgotten loosen the CAS Latency.
I have the Hyper Transport underclocked to 1600 at the moment.
voltages are automatic. I seem to be getting 26C Idle and 38C Load temps. The weird thing is, I get the exact same results when I had it running stock @ 2.8. Weird. I do have Cool N quiet disabled as wel in bios. I also have my RAM underclocked to 1066Mhz as well. 1333Mhz would not let me boot up into windows. Any suggestions to optimize my Goal OC of 3.5? Thanks :]

Leave HTT at 2000Mhz.
Your RAM already is at 1333Mhz, 667x2=DDR-1333Mhz; DDR = dual data rate technology.

Yeah, i read up for a couple of hours on overclocking, so right now my ram MHz is overclocked to 667 even though it is originally underclocked to 1066 from its stock speed of 1333. I guess tighten up the RAM?

And I hear using Memtest is good for checking my memory so it doesn't corrupt my HDD
Use prime95 to stress test and to check my load temps?

EDIT: I am happy with my 3.5GHz OC, but I just want it to be stable. Anything else ya'll think I should check in specific? From what xd said, leave the HTT alone, and same goes for my RAM speed.

Should i try and tighen up or loosen up my RAM timings? And did I forget to check anything?

Looks like so. Tightening is the way to go unless you have instability if your memory kit has heatspreaders I think a bump from 1.5 to 1.65V may help as well (some ICs/kits like lower voltage though i.e. G.Skill 1600 NQ, so it depends).

So just run Mem test with 8-8-8-X?

Right now I have tRAS @ 24.
what should I bring that down to?

I currently have the tRC @ 33. Leave as is or go down to ____?

EDIT: Right now it has been on Prime95 for 30 minutes, its holding up so far so good. and on Hardware Monitor it is showing 37C CPU Load. The mininum is 25C on Idle. It showed the same temps regardless of OC or not. So does that mean my temps are faulty/incorrect? Oh and these temps are with my 212+ installed. On stock I had 33C idle/70+Load (I stopped the Prime95 @ 72C to prevent any permanent damage.)

i have a 630 also. and i also have it at 3.5ghz with the same combo as you (250fsb X14 multi).

but, i have vcore set at 1.456, which is a lot more than yours....

my temps are always cold, however. they are in the mid to high 20s celcius for everyday use. i do not have Cool N Quiet or any power savings on--it's overclocked at 3.5ghz everytime the cpu is on.
