Lets see how this plays out
If the sides weren't actually flat and it used some sort of prism like polygons on the outside so that you saw the correct image depending on the angle of viewing it would work.

I dont think the army will be using tanks like they used to back in the first Gulf war. They are going to use them as long range support vehicles.

Imagine a blitzkreig of invisible tanks will scare the crap out of anybody lol

They can't be serious with that name, it's terrible

If you're going to spend ludicrous amounts of money on a technology, at least give it a proper moniker.

I suggest " BlendBlast", because it allows you to blend and blast

It is a nice concept but under shock waves and concussions, frags and environment dirt/sand/water I don't think it will go well.

We will see.

this would be most effective for long range artillery, field command, trauma centers and they are mostly stationary and vulnerable, depending on how its applied this could be fairly effective

Your gonna get dust and mud on the outside flawing the image, especialy on longer missions.

EFP's with heat and presure triggers are cheap and wouldnt be effected by this tech at all.

Turning off a vechicle dosent dissapate the heat signature enough. It will stay hot for hours compared to the terrain your on. Sooner rather then later, your gonna turn the engine on to recharge the batteries.
