Thread Starter
Should I go with a 650w or 750w PSU?
750w no doubt for greater efficiency and reliability.

Since you are into crossfire... i would suggest a 800/850w psu. If you have any doubts, use a powercalculator. Here's one ----> http://www.antec.outervision.com/

750W should be plenty. These draw less power than 470 SLI which I ran comfortably on a 750 W PSU.

If he's buying two graphics cards and a cpu, he might as well spend money on a proper psu as well, not just a sufficient one. I'm with leopold. Corsair HX850 is an awesome psu afaik.

A quality 750w PSU will be plenty, however if need be, you could get by with a good 650w as well.

What is your budget? We can better determine what you should get.

Exactly. That way you will have plenty of headroom. The HX850 is a great psu and it will help you out in the future if you want to upgrade. The 750watts mights get you going right now, but they will choke once you start OCing.

Sufficient is proper in my books. Why would I buy a PSU that is well beyond my needs?
