Torn between P8P67 Deluxe and P67A-UD5

I'm getting an i5 2500k mainly for gaming so I'm looking for the best overclocking performance.

I have read good reviews for both but could not find a direct comparisons and since I'm not a tech-wizard and I cannot come to a final decision.

The Deluxe is 30$ cheaper than the UD5 and has some really nice features, plus I have had good experiences with ASUS motherboards. The UD5 also has some amazing reviews and has a very sweet design.

Any thoughts?

You probably can't go wrong with either board to be honest. I would get the Asus since it has UEFI but Gigabyte is my favorite motherboard company and they plan on implementing UEFI later IIRC.
