In my (noob overclocker) opinion, the most important parts of a new build are the case and the PSU. The case determines what you'll be able to put into your computer in the future, which is why I always recommend buying a full tower. A good PSU is critical, don't ask me why. Here's a little PSU guide I found to be really helpful. I think your choice of PSU is great, I myself have a Corsair 650TX, but in hindsight I sort of wish I had gone for at least 750w, for SLI/Crossfire purposes. I think you should consider that as well.

Also I think you should look to buy at least 1600 MHz RAM rather than 1333 MHz, for overclocking purposes. I currently have 1333 MHz RAM, which is limiting my maximum overclock to 3.50 GHz, when I could easily be beyond 4.0 GHz. To save on the cost I'd say get 6 GB total, rather than 8 GB. Shouldn't make much of a difference. (tbh I don't know anything about RAM set ups with AMD. With Intel I hear stuff about "tri-channel" this and that, which is why I say use 3x2GB RAM instead. I could be dead wrong though)

I would also say... get a GTX 460 instead but I guess you're AMD fanboying it. I can't comment on anythin' else.

That's not worth it in my opinion. The oldest cards I'd let you get away with SLIing would be the 8800GTXs, and only if it were for less than 120 bucks.
