Max is 1.45v on air if i'm not mistaken. I wouldn't let the temps go over 80c.

Don't use auto settings for anything unless you have to. CPU PLL should not need to be above 1.8v (the lowest setting). ICH should be left at 1.1v, there is no reason to bump it up so high, all you will do is add extra heat and possibly damage the ICH10R chip. 1.35v IOH is also quite a bit too much; even with two GPUs you should not need more than about 1.2v.

Turbo is going to be on if you are using the 21x multiplier on the i7 920, as it's the only way to surpass 20x. There is normally nothing wrong with this, but ASUS boards have a nasty tendency to throttle turbo, which can cause instability in some cases. There is a modded BIOS that gets around this problem; I would recommend it.

IMC frequency is also known as uncore. This has it's own multiplier and frequency. On the P6T line it works best if you set this to double the memory multiplier, and keep it less than the QPI multiplier. With your setup you want 8x memory, 16x uncore, 18x QPI.

The problem to me is not likely to be your CPU, but instead your MOBO. You said that you almost got stable at 1.35v on your IOH(northbridge), which is what needs overvolted to raise the bclk. The problem is that at 1.35 you are really reaching the absolute maximum(at least with standard cooling) for the IOH.

IDK what exactly you use your PC for but unless you really need fast speeds you should stick with the 190bclk. If you "must go faster," then you should read the reviews on x58 Mobos that do really well over 200bclk.

At really high bclk mobos are like OCing processor no 2 boards are built the same. You could buy the exact same board and be stable at 215bclk and you could buy a board that couldn't push 180 it just depends.

My own board gets dicey around 215, luckily my multi is unlocked and it doesn't matter, but that is why intel locks the 920 multi so you can't get the same performance as the 975 with average equipment.

It has issues with Turbo. So the 21x multiplier is out of the question.
