And great temps.

Reason my temps are higher are because I have GTX460 Folding too So it's giving the heat to my Noctua.

Should I be fine at 4.8Ghz if I keep it at 70-72ºC 24/7? :/
I would say yes, definitely. High-K Metals can endure a lot higher temperatures(Which is what Intel uses). Like I said, the tCase is NOT the maximum CPU temperature, it's the amount of heat dispersed by the IHS on the CPU. So the max temperature value ends up as a way bigger number since the IHS can disperse heat quite effectively.

I wouldn't worry until you hit 80C or so, in which I'd start thinking about backing down your overclock.

Definatly very nice numbers! If you can take another screenshot including CPU-Z we can add it to the DB. Thanks!

No, 72.6C is the tCase, which is the temperature in the dead center of the IHS on the processor. It is not the temperature of the processor itself but instead the nickel plated copper internal heatsink meaning the CPU is capable of a lot higher temperatures.

People are idiots to just read that and not understand what tCase is =P

So you guys think doing Folding@Home ~20 hours a day (@4.8Ghz and 1.345v) would be safe if I have 70-72ºC on the cores? :/

If it were a problem, your CPU would be throttling down. Intel set the Thermal Throttling at 95-98C, which means the degradation limit is far beyond that or else it would just shut off rather than throttle itself.
