IBT and P95
temp monitoring was real temp, coretemp and cpuid
post #4 of 19
I'm not entirely sure TJMAX has been specified by Intel yet. But I'm thinking it is the same as LGA1156 which was ~99-100°C.

So keep it under 90°C to be safe.

It is usually best to post more specifics so people can answer your questions better.

Is HT on or off?
How long did P95 run?
How many IBT runs?
What cooling?

On the 2600k, I get around 60c:
4.5G
HT on
voltage 1.35 (bios)
3 hour run of prime
True 120 cooling

With HT off, if this is similar to the previous generations the temp goes down a lot.
