Rog's Beast Build

Well I have my one AMD rig still running just wonderfully with the water setup and now I finally got my main newest Intel I7 Rig done. Still lots of testing to do but so far so good.

I started with the video cards the night before. It is great that not only can you use the 6970 blocks but I have also unlocked the chips to 6970 performance.

Now I have Mounted one Rad in the top with fans in pull and the rad off the back. ( Yes I was able to keep the stock 140mm Fan in the back of the case as well )

Board finally mounted with block ready to go.

Starting to run tubing.

Tubing complete for now, ready to start filling and leak test.

System complete after 24 hour leak test and finally powered on.

All Questions and Comments Welcome.

Thanks to all here for all the advice I got even if I had not asked the question directly, this has to be the greatest community for over clockers and water coolers.

Lots of people are looking for Tri-Fire results with the 6970/6950. Get a third one and unclock it too. Get the results and give it to the person who manages the graphics card ranking thread (the 5th one). Then you can use the backup BIOS for 6950 performance benchmarks.

So far I am getting temps of 35C Idle but have not determined my load temps as I get into the game I am playing and keep forgetting to look. I will update when I remember to look.
