I OC E6500 from 2.93 to 3.66, do my DDR2 667 ram need more voltage?

I am not sure if I need more voltage for my ram, but without adding voltage to my ram I could "burn" my computer without any crash or problem.

Is your ram running around its rated 667 speeds? Are timings right? Try to keep the speed at or below 667 and timings the same and there should be no need for a voltage bump. If you go beyond 667 or try to tighten timings, then you might need to bump it up a little.

I just run it as default 667, I don't see OC it would make any different...
