Doesn't look like a CWT really. But still, double forward topology with active PFC, group regulated... It's better than what you had for sure.

Allegedly it's a Sirtec. I can't find any evidence of that but that's what the database at realhardtechx.com says, and it's usually correct.

A friend of mine suggested me this model, as he says, Chieftec is good and dependable brand.

the cheiftec is actually 450 watts,they label it based on peak output not continues output

Chieftec!!! Nooooo....

It's not that bad. No...but there are much better.

A return would be well worth your time.

But then where is CWT's signature green tape? 99% of their units have that. And the transient filter design doesn't look like one of theirs either.
