Budget Build between 400-500 for gaming

Hi I'm looking to build a lower end gaming computer that can play cod black ops, BC2/Vietnam. Prefer a AMD processor, Nvidia or ati graphics card. Budget is between 400-500 dollars

will you be upgrading an older rig, reuse monitor/keyboard/mouse/drives ect..
do you have a copy of windows xp/vista/7?

are you near a microcenter?

going to re-use monitor, keyboard, mouse. Just need a decent tower configuration for those games. Not located by a microcenter but I live by fry's electronics or newegg
