GTX 295 Issues

Thread Starter
Okay, so I've had this card for about 2.5 years now, and its been under water (DD-gtx295v2 wb) since I got it. I have had 0 issues with this card until after I got back from a 7 month deployment. Before I left, the card worked perfectly, the computer was off and in storage for the entire time I was gone. Now that I am back however, I have been running into some issues...
When playing games (Pretty much anything... WoW [happens a lot in EoTS], Starcraft II, Crysis, UT3, etc etc) for extended periods of time, the Nvidia driver would bluescreen (nvdlkm whatever .sys); since it first started happening however, I have upgraded my motherboard, cpu waterblock, and radiator... now instead of me getting a straight bluescreen from the Nvidia driver, it simply restarts and gameplay continues (alt-tabbing reveals the Display driver has stopped working and successfully been restarted bubble). The GPU never gets very hot (idles around 30C and gets up to maybe 42C tops) and is not overclocked at all. I have reinstalled windows, and am using the latest Nvidia drivers (beta currently, have tried a few different revisions)
Any idea why this might be happening?

As of now (after changing mobo and some watercooling components), is this more like a random happening or is it more a repeatable and predictable (as to when it will happen) anamoly?

If not playing games for an extended period of time, can you make it happens by, say, running some benchmark softwares?

What temperatures are you getting for various motherboard components?

Any OC? If so try backing off the OC...

If its an issue that first gave a nvidia error message and now is just giving a BSOD and you have tried a clean install of new drivers, it sound like th card..

Nvidia will request you try the card in a different system if possible..
