Building a new PC

Hey,

Well i want to build a new PC and i thouhg i'll ask for help here. I mainly use the PC for gaming and my main game would be CSS(Counter Strike Source), i want to run the game with loads of fps, i play on low resolution 800x600. I would probably play the newer games aswell with a decent PC. My Current PC Spec's are:

E6750 @ 3,00ghz
ATI HD4850 512mb 256bit
ENERMAX PRO 82+ 425watt PSU
SAMSUNG SpinPoint F4, 320GB, 16MB Cache
ASUS P5QL Pro Motherboard.
EKL Alpenföhn "Brocken" -

2GB RAM

I was thinking maybe i could keep some parts of the old PC, like for example the new HDD, it's enough for me and it's not that old, bought it few months ago i think.

I want something that wouldn't be that old even in few years, parts that i could maybe switch and somehow renew the PC. I got back and i saw some news about the new Intel CPU Architecture Sandy Bridge, but yet still i don't know what to pick. I would also like to OC the CPU if i build the new PC.

Thanks

well, the components seem to be OK, especially for games like CCS, but I advise you to add more 2 GB of memory.

and why even the 4850 ?

you can get an HD5770 for cheap nowadays, it excels the 4850 much, and you will have GDDR5 and DX 11 with this card.
