Still seems like a memory problem, I've dealt with similar issues that you are having. Some of blue screens may say, "Memory_Management, ntfs.sys". Remove a stick of memory and see if problems persists, if it does, swap the memory with one you removed for the one that's installed.

Edit:-
If your pc is restarting upon a blue screen, disable it so you can see the error code and message it's displaying. Right click "computer" > Go to advanced system settings > Startup and Recovery > Settings > and un-check "Automatically restart."

Next time it blue screens, write down the code it gives you and post it here.

Also, what were you using to scan your HDD?

If you've overclocked your cpu set it back at stock settings and see if that fixes it.

Damn, those are a lot of explorer crashes

The minidumps are so random, i think the power supply is spiking or something, causing system instability.
