[NS] BAE Develops Anti-Pirate Laser. - Page 5

If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them....maybe you can hire The A-Team.

Think about it, a roving warship taking out pirates for the highest bidder? Genius!

In all seriousness though, I understand why they'd go the laser route rather than worrying about customs and insurance and all that, but it still seems an unnecessarily costly and time-consuming endeavor when they should just be allowed to arm and defend themselves.

Bloody pirates.

IT's been done before, patents were issued to cutthroats and they gave them the right to hijack enemy nations vessels, and well sometimes the issuing nations vessels, most of the time just everyone they saw. So all in all copyright laws are based on 16th century piracy and the somalians would be the real life anons in a world were mercenary ships existed... or would they... still a bad idea though

Yeah same one except this one was on the Military Channel. I'm usually watching it late night since the war documentaries put me to sleep

That is awesome. These are the real dirty pirates and I wouldn't shed a tear if they all found watery graves.
