Strange Video Playback Issue.....

Hey everyone. Just did a clean install on my pc. When i try to play videos I had saved on my external through VLC it changes to Windows Basic and I can only hear the audio. If I try to play the video through any other program I also get some sort of error. Even when I transfer the video directly to my boot drive it still causes an issue. Here are some screenshots. One is when I play from VLC. The other is from Quicktime. I wasnt sure where this belonged. I didnt do anything why my 5850. Any ideas?

All of the videos worked fine. I did a fresh windows 7 download and now im getting these errors. Could something have happened to my data drive when installing windows 7 on my SSD?

Anythings possible, download a generic video from online and see if that will play fine.
