I was on my way on doing a micro atx build Rampage gene 3, Core i7 950

Now that Sandy bridge has released & my still under my 30 days at microcenter i could exchange the cpu because its not open.

My thing is, is there a board out there thats socket 1155 micro thats as good as

Evga x58 micro & Rampage gene 3?

thanks & also do u guys think the upgrade is worth my time?

I would stick with X58.
Sandy bridge isn't really much of an upgrade from x58 and there are no boards out currently in the m-ATX form factor that match the Gene or the EVGA x58 micro.

1155 micro board = no P67 = no overclocking.

Don't do it, the 2600 (without the K) has a locked multiplier, and you can not overclock at ALL. If your just gaming, the i7 950 should be more than enough.

keep the 950 from what iv seen the 2600 is about 10-15% faster then a i7 clock for clock but it would cost about 200 more to get time you get a good board and the cpu and have to try to sell your old gear.
