hello im looking to upgrade my current system to the new 2500k
ive been out of the computer loop for a long while now so i dont really know whats what but i do know the sandy bridge is impressive.
i dont want to spend too much $$ but i think its time to upgrade cause my computer is almost 3 years old already!

i was thinkin about just getting a new MB, RAM, and of course the 2500k
and keeping the rest the same for now, do u guys think my power supply will be ok for now?
ill upgrade the power supply and graphics card when i find a really good deal on them

edit: whoops that was my htpc on my sig, i just updated it
will the antec 430w do for now?

Will it be fine to use your 4350 and that PSU in a Sandy system? Sure.
Would it be optimal? Probably not.

It's a fine move to make now if you want to segment the purchases. As you said, you can wait and upgrade where you need to. There will be bottlenecks in the meantime, if you're ok with that.
