You can try ^^^ but I don't think apple's iphone warranty covers devices that are damaged while used with non-apple-approved third-party accessories--from what I recall, that case is not "iphone4 approved" for use by apple.
My buddy just got the front screen of a iphone 4 replaced--the glass shattered when someone dropped it, and the apple store charged $200-ish for the screen + replacement.
I couldn't tell from the posts, but does the front still look and function properly? If so, and if shards of glass aren't breaking off the back, AND if it will cost a pretty penny to fix the back, I'd just as soon get a full-backed case and use the phone with the case and not worry too much about it. You could tape over the back with silver duct tape to make it a little higher-class-looking...
I am still trying to understand why people use full-phone cases with iphones--I like the perimeter "case" with the super-durable, "self-healing" protective films on the back and front. full cases just add so much bulk.
