Best bang for the bucks H67 mATX board?

Thread Starter
I'm putting a mATX SB build together, obviously I won't be overclocking the CPU(maybe I will OC the IGP a little bit).

I'm currently looking at the Asus P8H67-M Pro/EVO and Gigabyte GA-H67MA-UD2H.
The P8H67-M EVO and UD2H have pretty decent power design(8 Phase).

I'm just wondering if you guys think the better power design is necessary for the SB i5 or not, since I'm not going to overclock it. biggrin.gif

Let me know if you guys have some other decent quality mATX H67 boards that you want to recommend biggrin.gif

Bad place to ask about h67 build....seriously no one bothers to talk about h67 because most people here are overclockers, and the non oc'ers seem to never be present.

Anyways to answer your question I do not think the better power design is neccessary on h67 builds so just get the cheapest chipset you can find. A good one would be GA-H67MA-D2H - it's 30 dollars cheaper than it's brother UD2H. But hey if you got the money, go for the more luxurious one.
