I would like to get some input on my build, I have a budget of around 1700 Canadian MAX (including shipping if required and tax) so can you please stick to places with Canadian prices ie. Newegg.ca, NCIX.com I feel as if its pretty decently balanced but I'm defiantly open to improvement Thanks in advance.

RAM and OS are not in picture

only thing I would change is the HSF and the PSU go for this:
http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...facture=Scythe

http://www.canadacomputers.com/produ...item_id=027377

and the PSU go for a Corsair AX750 80+ Gold
http://www.canadacomputers.com/produ...item_id=031934

the PSU's got an IR and MIR from CanadaComputers

May I ask why you would take the Mugen 2 over the Megahelms? I have just seen an overwhelming recommendation for the Megahelms, not being close minded just curious. Will consider that PSU for sure, it looks like a very good deal for a AX series.

I'd change a few things...

1st is the HSF....I'd recommend Thermalright Archon(140mm) or HR-02.
The Archon is little better than HR-02, but I believe it's a little more expensive. The HR-02 is pretty awesome, performance is similar to Ven-X and Mega, and you don't even need noisy fans to get great cooling results with HR-02.

2nd, I'd change the PSU to something like Corsair HX series, or some Seasonic X series. Should be better than the Silverstone.

3rd, I would consider changing the case. I believe the 6950's heatsink have a vapor chamber, which may not work that well with Raven 2's vertical mounting design.

I can't find the Archon or HR-02 on Newegg or Canadacomputers but it is NCIX but it doesn't come with fans, obviously you find the Kazes loud, do you have a suggestion to replace them (on megahelms) or new fan for the HR-02? Ok I will go with the AX/HX series. And do you know why the vertical mounting would not be "compatible" with the vapor chamber becuase I liked the design. Any suggestions for a new case (budget 200). I really want to know more about this incompatibility.

I know S-Flex 120mm, 1200RPM or 1600RPM model works pretty well with HR-02. Scythe Gentle Typhoon 1850RPM works well too. S-Flex or GentleTyphoon on HR-02 MIGHT be 2 or 3 degrees warmer compared to Mega w/Ultrakaze but will be much much quieter. I have seen reviews where HR-02 and MegaShadow tested against each other with the same fans, and HR-02 beats Mega by 2C.

The space between the fins on Mega is tighter than HR-02, therefore you will need higher static pressure to penetrate the Mega for better cooling result. And the high static pressure fans are usually more noisy(Ultrakazes are not that great when it comes to static pressure, they do push a huge amount of air tho.).

Therefore I believe HR-02 with S-Flex 1200RPM/1600RPM, or GT 1850RPM will be the best noise to performance setup. The Mega with high speed Ultrakaze may give you a slight edge(2 or 3C at most) but it's gonna be noisy.

For the vertical mounting issue, I think this picture gives a pretty good explanation of how the vapor chambers works

Mounting the vapor chamber vertically will obviously interfere with the liquid to vapor to liquid cycle because how the liquid/vapor flows in the chamber. (The gravity won't draw the returned liquid to top of the GPU core, which will reduce the vapor chamber's performance)
