don't worry, what BIOS, try F6X. Enable CPU PLL Overvoltage, see if that helps if you haven't already done that. Don't be afraid to pump vcore.

thanks, and yes download the one from their site, the one on the CD doesn't work you will need to uninstall the CD one if you installed it already.
