Ok so i have been doing a little research and it appears the I5 650 Overclock a lot easier and has more stable temperatures. Saying that is true would u still recomend the quad core I5 760.... please let me know ordering the 650 or the 760 tomorrow.

Well, on the games I play (very CPU-bound, pretty linear scaling with CPU clock increase), a Core i5-760 @ 3.2 GHz performs the same as a Core i5-650 @3.5 GHz. If your budget is $200, the i5-760 is the processor to get (seeing as you're kinda forced to stick to LGA-1156). With more games taking advantage of more cores, the i5-760 just has greater longevity compared to the i5-650.

By the way, none of the i5-6xx series is worth paying for. A $115 Core i3-540 running at the same clocks would perform just as well as the i5-650.
