For case modding I highly recommend a Jig saw. Also for good powerful cordless tools, Ridged at Home depot, is very good for the price. Ridged isnt the Best, but it is good and well priced. Stay away from Ryobe.

As for a theme... How do you feel about

It certainly goes with the HAF industrial look, and it will make good use of that new dremel
