Im looking for a good fast 1500+ rpm 140mm fan with a blue led that has a seperate power cable for the LED.

Have a look at the Bitfenix fans. I bought 5 of them (1x 140mm, 3x 200mm, 1x 230mm) in green for my HAF X and all of them have a two pin connector for the LED. They also come with a jumper pre-attached in case you want the LED always-on so you don't have to have it on a switch or whatever. It's not quite 1500+rpm though. Missed that bit when I first read your post =/

You can buy Gelid Wing 14 UV Blue-1200RPM-80CFM~ Very quiet and high air flow then my original Lian Li fan.
I also brought a 24CM UV LED Strip to light up the Wing 14 UV too~ it is UV reactive.
