Gskill RipJaws and TR Venomous X black

Hey guys,
Im new to this forums, so here goes,
I am planning to purchase a ThermalRight Venomous X black with 2 push and pull fans on it. But Im afraid it will not fit as I am also planning to get 8GB worth of 2000MHZ RipJaws (2gb x 4 pieces). By the way my mobo im gonna get will be the Gigabyte P67-UD4 with i7 2600k, in case that helps. So guys, any of you have any experience or know anything about the issue with the venomous X black being blocked by the RipJaws 2000MHZ? I really dont wanna buy every thing and the next thing i know, whaaaaaaaaaaaaam! Its being blocked.
Oh and yes, do you guys think the venomous X is really good? Its because Im planning to OC my SB i7 2600k.

Please share your views!

THANKS! biggrin.gif

Well, my Megahalems works OK with Ripjaws:

Link. It works better with the heatsink pointed side to side (east-west):

That's a Megahalems. Hanging off it are three 120mm shrouds and a 120x38mm fan. Those two sticks of memory underneath are G.Skill Ripjaws.

OMG, is that CPU Cooler or Nuclear Megafactory Wind Accelerating Turbo Turbine?

Ontopic, Ripjaws are not that big sticks, you should be fine.

hey that is a really awesome looking custom heat sink! Looks like an aircraft engine man! awesome xD. But anyway guys, i have decided to change to Noctua D14 as it is much more worth the money compared to the venomous X. Will the Noctua D14 have any issues with height clearance for the 1600MHZ 4GB x 2piece DDR3 RAM? I wanna be able to put up to 16 GB in future, so will the height clearance be enough for all 4 RAM slots to be filled up with the Ripjaws?
