I also don't know how the Pro3 handles OC'ing compared to the extreme4.
I went with the auto overclock and am currently at 4.4 and like yours it is running plenty cool. at idle 31 C and running 1.14 vcore voltage. I have not done anything to the 560ti as it is all running very well atm. I do not need bragging rights, and I must say I am extremely pleased so far. I am not sure if I could get much more out of it and if it would be worthwhile to try to max it out as I am sure the largest gain has been had by boosting to where I am now.

I dont understand the question.
I have the vengeance 1866 cl9 and it works using the XMP profile in bios. It sets it to CR1, which I manually changed to CR2 for safety.

The Gt's work fine in sandybridge, not 100% about overcloking them, i've just got my system stable at 4.8ghz but the ram is still only 1333, so gonna try and tweak them tonight, i think i can aim for 2000mhz

But to answer your question, yes the GT's work great, make sure they're rated 1.5 - 1.65v the 1.8v dimms don't work with SB.

Anybody have to RMA their board yet? I'm just wondering what the turn around time is. One of my PCI-e slots isn't working, so hopefully ASRock will issue me an RMA.

Yes. Nice heatspreaders, but it costs much more than the Vengeance with same timings (and i think same chips).

Tried posting this earlier from my phone but was unsuccessful.

Hardware.
asrock fatality performance
2500k
6gb cl7 1600
320x3 raid 0
2tb 5900 for storage
570hd
tx750 first edition

software (used for this post)
win7 64bit ultimate sp1 final media refresh
7zip
winrar
linuxthumbdrive

Now, the issue. I have stock bios (1.00) on my mobo, and have been having slight issues here and there, even with out oc. So I figured I would go ahead and upgrade the bios. Long story short, I have downloaded every version on asrocks site, used 7zip, winrar, and windows explorer to decompress these files, any of them at that. Finally I figured something may have been wrong, so I went through and loaded the files while still compressed onto a usb with the thumb drive loader. To no avail.

I figured that it had something more to do on the windows side of things, or the programs I am trying to uncompress the files with.

Has anyone had this issue before, or might have any sort of suggestions before i pull my hair out.

Thanks in advance.

solved - sorry. feel like a goof now. tried the asian server and everything went well
