I founded what was problem with hard booting at 4.8GHz,on old bios(1.30) the lowest CPU PLL voltage at which CPU is stable was 1.709,now its stable with that voltage bad i have problems with booting.

Today i tried to lower that to 1.627 and no more boot problem biggrin.gif Really wierd but its working fine now smile.gif
Now i only need to knom is it normal that new bios (2.20) have only level 1 and level 5 CPU LLC?
I figured out that the level 1 is as level one from old bios and level 5 is like level 2 from old bios.

Hey guys,

I just put a new hard drive in my PC and installed a fresh copy of Windows 7.

So far the only driver I have installed is for the GTX 660. Now I'm wondering if I have to install any drivers for my motherboard, the P67 Extreme4 Gen3. Is there any necessary drivers here that I have to install for my motherboard? Thanks.

Yes all what's under the "Drivers" category, or you can simply run the cd and install drivers only. You don't need to install the utilities thumb.gif

Anyone have a link to a ROM version of BIOS 2.20 for P67 Extreme4 Gen3? All I can find on ASRock website are for the Windows bios flash, rather annoying since I'm running a linux destkop. I had been using a SB Celeron g530 as a temporary cpu on 1.12 BIOS but upgrading to Xeon E3-1230 v2 tomorrow. Installing Windows only to upgrade BIOS is a pain the ass extra step. madsmiley.png

Edit: For those interested, I did find a link to 2.10 for P67 Extreme4 Gen3 in ROM (Instant Flash) format.
