Well, I started playing with my 2500K and Extreme4 last night. I have 4.6 stable (1.38 volts) with max temps on Prime95 blend of 52C. Hopefully there is enough room to go to 5.0.

You should be able to hit 5GHz with something about 1,33V vCore. Once I will change my cooler I will also try to go for a MAX.

This batch is a record killer

I hope you're right. I have my 1156 bracket next to me at work now. Some serious overclocking going to happen tonight.

Also, ASRock's UEFI looks better than the Asus one in my opinion.

Thread Starter
It would be great if someone of u Extreme4-owners have the brand new GTX 560 up and running with this mobo. I would love to buy that GPU when I purchase my new rig, but I'm unsure that the GTX 560 will be compatible with Extreme4. So if someone knows these 2 components works together without problems, please tell me.

Beta BIOS 1.43A got a little lowered BCLK (to 99,8MHz).
Todays new official 1.50 seems to fix that issue.

If someone suffers dualboot with BCLK set at default 100MHz make ClrCMOS after BIOS update (but update bios, launch OS, shutdown and then do ClrCMOS).

Dualboot with BLCK set higher than 100MHz is P67 chipset normal symptom.
