What are some of the choices that are leading you guys to buy the extreme4 vs the pro3? I was looking at the specs for them and the only real differences are a few more SATA3 ports, and USB 3.0 Headers, and USB front panel connectors. The only key difference is the dual PCI express slots for SLI.

Why did you buy the extreme4 vs the pro3?
I'm going with the Extreme4 due to (in addition to the extra ports which I need):

1) good reviews (including Tom’s Hardware, recommended MB for Enthusiast PC award)
2) more users than the Pro3, which hopefully translates to more impetus for ASRock in updating drivers and UEFI for it (the squeaky wheel gets the grease)

Well in the OC part of AXTU you seem to be able to set voltages and the multiplyer. Was just wondering if it's like OC Geenie where it automatically adjusts voltages with the multiplyer or if it will only adjust the multiplyer itself. I don't know, it all seems kinda dodgy. I feel like the BIOS is a safer bet.

I went for the Extreme 4 because of the added USB3.0 header and added SATA. My case has built in USB3.0 ports that have a connector directly to that header. Would be a waste to not use them.

Ahh good point bro, I was at work and forgot about the CPU ratio slider. Yes, from my experience, and iirc, adjusting it in the AXTU will adjust it in the actual BIOS. I DO NOT, however, believe it will auto adjust the voltages, unless they are set for "auto". I haven't gone that route myself, so take that with a grain of salt. Try it and see?! I won't hurt anything, just don't go straight for 58 .

A friend of mine is somehow managing 4.9GHz at only 1.32v on his ASRock Z68 Extreme 4. Most people would require approximately 1.4v at that frequency. He says some sort of new BIOS update improved several people's overclock over at xtremesystems. I perused xtremesystems very briefly but didn't come across any sort of "oh my god, this is amazing" posts.

Is anybody here aware of any sort of change or is something misreporting here? He doesn't seem extremely computer savvy, but he says he has run prime95 for an hour without issue.
