EVGA Classified E760 acting weird

I am getting some annoyances here. First the mobo were unable to detect my HDD, now I'm just getting a black screen, the mobo doesn't P.O.S.T. I tested the ram, psu, cpu, gfx, everything is OK. The pulsating LED on the heatsink works, everything seems to work my it doesn't post. This has been an issue lately, first it wouldn't recognize my HDD randomly now randomly it wont post.

Any suggestions?

reset cmos, try setting your cpu to stock speeds

if all else fails, EVGA has a great lifetime warranty and great RMA CS

Will try that, also i have another X58 motherboard so if that works, then definitely the EVGA must be ( partly ) defective.

How is your Gigabyte performing in contrast to Evga?

I am curious since i might just make the switch from Evga to Gigabyte sooner or later.
