MSI GTX 460's (768 mb, no OC) max fan speed = 70%?

As the title says, I do have a MSI GTX 460s but the max fan speed on Afterburner stays at 70%

Now, I have read and I heard lots of people talking about flashing the bios or download EVGA Free Performance Booster or download the bios of Gigabyte..

The thing is that I do not know how to unlock the fan speed to 100% with afterburner considering that I cannot use the EVGA or Gigabyte solution.

Any help guys... .

You can't unlock it with Afterburner. You have to flash the bios on the card.

And how do you do that with MSI cards?

Is there any guide where I can follow?

will it void my warranty?

There's a program called nvFlash that works on any Nvidia card with a standard bios rom.

Here's sort of a guide..

Sadly no, the fan speed is locked on a bios level which means you have to flash to unlock it.

You got any instant messenger? or Steam? If you want I'll mod your bios and guide you through flashing.

I've been told it does void it, but as long as you keep the stock bios you're fine.
