Hi overclock

My klipsch promedia amp has bit the dust. When I plug it in, the whole system hums, whether or not I turn on the power with the button. When I play anything, I can hear the mids and highs very softly, behind a lot of static that has replaced the low end. The sub only plays static.

My question to you is: should I try and find a place to repair the sub? How do I go about looking?

or

Can i salvage the satalites, and power them with a receiver, add a sub, and use that for my computer music/ movies/ games?

or

get a new system, sell satalites.

What should I do?
