To Flash?

Just got finished my new build last night and updated all the windows 7 patches and security updates along with my graphic card driver. My Question is am I suppose to flash my motherboard also? Its a ASUS Sabertooth X58.It might be a silly question but never have done any of this before so its a learning experience for me.Do I just go to the ASUS website and download a updated patch or do I hit the flash button in bios? Thanks guys

Are you noticing performance issues?

Honestly, unless your system is unstable and it can be attributed to the BIOS, there isn't a significant need to update flash the BIOS.

If you're worried about performance or potential compatibility issues you can flash your BIOS.
