Put yer old card in and uninstall the drivers, shutdown, put in new card, boot. Then install new drivers, 10.12a rc3.

If yer system is crashing with no drivers in there, then you've got a real problem.
that is what is happening

Must Contact Sapphire Support

I had also BSOD on my Sapphire 6950. I had it because i did NOT delete the OLD drivers from my pc. When i did that i re-installed new drivers with the hotfix and voila no more BSOD.

Did you possibly forget to plug in the addition required power connectors? The PCI-E slots can't provide enough power and it'll crash if you didn't.

Try booting up with onboard video or another GPU.

If it boots, then something is wrong with the new GPU.

Put it on my Comp , got a BSOD after the PC booted

There was something like 0x0000001E on the BSOD

Any Thoughts?
I didnt get blue screen , but when i put my sapphire 6950 in replace of a gigabyte 5850 i didnt get a picture on the screen for 20 minutes . I had to unplug the power , hold down the power button and plug it back in and it worked for me . Try that , theres no reason for bsod . start windows in safe mode and uninstall any graphics drivers .. Restart the pc and put the cd in with drivers and intall . Should work fine =) also if its still having trouble try flicking the bios switch to the other position.

That indicates a driver issue doesn't it? Cause safe mode uses some VGA drivers or somethin'.
