I'm actually a very big fan of the Apple Airport extreme. Solid router.

Queue bashing....

You can find the Asus RT-N16's for approx $70ish bucks. It has a 533mhz processor, 32mb flash memory, and 128mb RAM. It has GigE WAN and LAN ports as well as supports 802.11 a/b/g/n . The stock firmware leaves a lot to be desired but you can flash it with DD-WRT and the router becomes a router that will beat a majority of the routers over the price point of $130.

The only bad thing about this router is it doesn't have the 2.4ghz and 5ghz dual band broadcasting.
