Thank you. Yah, more wiring. Do you know would I have to go in to the BIOS and enable dual GPU configuration?

Nope.

Just through the Nvidia control panel.

Its very easy, there is a 'sticky' about PhysX in this forum as well for any questions you have regarding it.

I used a 240 for a while but I ended up selling it. Wasn't really worth it in the end.

I've read overclocking does nothing for physx?

Also is there any truth about needing a card near equal to a really high end card to get benefits? If yes why is that?

I think what he was saying is that the high end cards can do a good enough job at physx on their own that you need to have something at least as good as a 250 before you will see any benefit.

no one answered yet. if i decided to get a 295 that has 1.8gb of memory and put it in my board will the memory scale back to what the 460's are running at?

No only SLI cards revert to the lowest common denominator

which mean? you said no but then answered yes lol

so the 295 with 1.8gb would only use 1gb

because with physx is all about the cores correct
