Turtle beaches X11: Using pc as EQ possible?

OK so I use my pc monitor for my 360 as well as for my pc. Since I use my pc speakers as my sound I had to run the xbox cables through the mic input on my pc and then out from my speakers.

Anyways I just got these turtles beaches and the fact that i can't adjust the EQ pisses me off. I love em and they sound ok but compared to my pc headset, they suck!!

Is there anyway i can run the sound through my pc> EQ software> and finally out the headset.

Also for those wondering how my set up is.

For video I have the HDMI from the xbox to the monitor (monitor only supports hdmi and dvi)

Sound on the built in speakers for the monitor sucks, so for Audio I used the included vga cables--> dual rca to 1/8 jack--> mic input on pc--> pc speakers
