M3n78 pro... What to do?

Thread Starter
So a friend of mine had this mobo lying around and decided to give it to me. I've been researching it and it doesn't look like a great over clocker. I was thinking that I might make an htpc out of it but it's an atx form... So, what would you do with it?

Currently I have an old am2 sempron, a gig of ddr2, and might consider getting an athlon x4 for it. Would still have to get a cooler for it as well, which is why I'm thinking of just getting a retail processor.
