Need help deciding which motherboard to buy

ASRock 890fx Deluxe3

or

MSI 790FX-GD70

Will be using a Phenom II x4 965 with it.

Go with the AsRock, since tis the only option

but still, if i check the titel, i would still choose the asrock

The Asrock board has better features, but between these two... I would choose a third option, there must be something based on Gigabyte or ASUS around the same price.
