He is serious. Seriously wrong. As said at least once already by someone else in this thread it is a flat +25% damage to your shot. That is all. No more. No less.
Quick question to anyone who care's to answer, I know that lightweight is a +10% speed boost, but is that even worth it in your opinion? I rarely ever use it.

Or, run behind as many objects/buildings as possible. The more crap you put between you and a tank, the better. Eventually most tanks will give up if you're hiding long enough, plus your team should have advanced by that time to help you take it out.
Or, let's say you're recon with C4 and you're a passenger in a chopper. A tank is nearing the front line and pinning your homies down. There's also an enemy chopper, so your chopper is focusing on the enemy chopper and not the tank. Wait for your chopper to fly over the tank, drop out and throw C4 on the tank while parachuting. Blow it up. Money.
Or, let's say a guy just missed with his Gustav at close range. Run in, knife his ass before he can reload. Then teabag him. Hit "J" to talk to all and say "You're a terrible human being, a noob, and you should kill yourself for sucking so bad." Money.
To add and fill in a lot of the problem I see with people is not their ability to shoot and their lack of team actions (which is still a major thing in the game. HELP YOUR TEAM) but mainly the way people move. You CANNOT i repeat CANNOT rush into battle alone. And you cannot rush battle at all. You need to wait for your team to back you up. Half this game is holding your line. I REPEAT HOLD YOUR LINE. If your the last man alive on your squad DON'T DIE! If you don't success. You held the line. Now all you gotta do is hope you see enough blow matter.
Or another example. If your walking into a enemy base and you SEE enemies, do not keep walking forward to shoot them. Find yourself a good vantage point before firing a shot. Wait for backup if you don't have any. The way you die in this game often is being shot in the back. In the open. Pick a nice spot to defend for your fights. And do not ever be afraid to do a little retreat. I retreat in BC2 as much as I assault.Edited by Arganius - 1/15/11 at 4:25pm
