Is it normal for the +12v to drop to 11.827v or as low as 11.772v while gaming?
Also is it ok for the +5v to go up to 5.064v? Here is a pic of what I am talking about. all the info is in the ASRock utility

I am thinking about ordering a CORSAIR 650TX http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005

Would that be enough to power my signature rig + a 9800Gt for Phyx and maybe 2 more 120mm fans?

I drop even lower than that when folding on both CPU and GPU (11.65V)
and I'm still fine

You're good down to 11.4V (i.e. within ATX 5% standards)

5.064V is also perfectly fine

~11.7v isn't terrible, but thats also not great voltage regulation... and for the price of the 650TX, you might be able to find a better unit. the Antec Neo Eco 620w for example. ($69)

Ok good, I am still thinking about that Corair P/S so I can add 2 more fans ( would be 7 total including the 2 on the H50) and the 9800GT for Phyx, would it be a good choice? This crappy BFG is dual 12v rails @ 18 amps each (404w total 12v) which seems a little weak running all my stuff. Oh and I have a 500GB USB3 hard drive running off of my computer also, I don't want to have my stuff blow up on me

It's actually enough power.

But regarding those voltage readings: try to avoid trusting software to read those voltages.

But if you really want to replace the PSU, then make a new thread in the Power Supplies forum and have at it.
