Get a single MCP35X. It's about as powerful as two MCP350s in series and while it does make more noise it has PWM control. You can hook the PWM wire up to the motherboard, turn on CPU fan control and have the pump automatically speed up or down based on current load levels. In my opinion it's the best pump for quiet setups.

Oddly enough was just reading about the MCP35x as well. That comment was enough to convince me to go with that. You've been an amazing help.

Also verified that the motherboard has pretty good PWM control options. Realize that I might be able to also use something like Speedfan to control it.
