GTA 4: EFLC problem

Well, I have a strange dilemma...

Only in the 'The Lost and Damned' expansion not gay tony, it appears as if there is a film grain effect going on...

but, when you go under a bridge or in a tunnel, it goes to how its suppose to be, just normal and good.

It doesnt hinder performance or make the game unplayable, its just rather annoying. Wondering if anyone has this issue. I have patched it fully...

oh and 'in before GTAIV bad console port post'.

I don't currently have it installed so I can't tell you where to turn it off, but when I played it I did turn it off.

Dual core thats my problem...? just cause its my sig rig doesnt mean Im playing GTAIV on it.

Im playing on a 955 @ 3.8ghz and I know the computer isnt a factor, cause the game runs smooth as butter.

Sure you arent talking about Mass Effect 1 & 2, cause I've been staring at the options for like 5 minutes trying to find it and its not there.

He's confusing it for that "Definition" option, where you can make it blurry as hell like the consoles have it.
